Harrogate Firewood Delivery: We’re reaching further out!
If you’ve ordered from us before, you’ll know we’ve always been a small, local operation. One yard in Hampsthwaite, one van, and a lot of care put into every bulk bag that goes out the door. This season, we’re delighted to share Harrogate Firewood delivery is expanding.
Ten Towns, One Delivery Zone
Harrogate Firewood delivery now reaches Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripley, Pateley Bridge, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Wetherby, Skipton, Otley, and Thirsk. With the same kiln-dried, Ready to Burn certified logs you’d get if you were picking up from the yard yourself.
Orders across our core delivery zone start from as little as a single bulk bag. As Otley and Thirsk are the two furthest points in our delivery area, a larger minimum order quantity applies. See our full Areas We Cover page for the details by town.
Why Now?
“We were getting more and more enquiries from places like Wetherby and Skipton, and for a long time the honest answer was ‘maybe, if it works out on the day,’” says Ian, owner of Harrogate Firewood. “We wanted to be upfront about where we actually deliver, rather than leaving people guessing. This lets us say yes properly, rather than just sometimes.”
With just one delivery vehicle, we’ve worked hard to figure out exactly how far we can realistically go. Whilst still offering the same reliable, friendly service our regular customers already know — without spreading ourselves too thin.
Same Firewood, Just a Bit Further
Nothing changes for our existing customers closer to Harrogate — free delivery over £100 still applies exactly as it always has. This expansion is purely about opening the door to more people across North and West Yorkshire, not changing how we look after the customers already ordering from us.
Whatever wood type you’re after — Oak, Beech, Larch, Birch, or one of our other kiln-dried options — it’s all processed and dried right here at the yard before it reaches you, wherever in our delivery zone that might be.
