How long does delivery take?
We handle every delivery ourselves, so timings can very. Once you place your order, we’ll contact you to confirm your delivery slot. If you’d like a quote in advance, please get in touch before placing your order.

Is your firewood certified?
Yes! We are proudly Ready to Burn certified. This means our firewood is safe for immediate use. With a moisture content below 20%, it burns hotter and cleaner than most alternatives. As a result, you’ll see less smoke, less pollution, and improved air quality.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact us so we can put things right.
